Take a step back in time and discover one of Spain’s greatest treasures, the Alhambra of Granada. See the opulence in which mediaeval Muslim princes lived with this guided tour of a palace complex that was described by contemporary poets as a ‘pearl set in emeralds’ and has long been considered the ‘eighth wonder of the world'. In front of the Alhambra on another hill is situated the district Albaicin, a narrow and fascinating maze of little streets where white houses with patios are known as carmenes. Not far from the Albaicin is another emblematic district, Sacromonte. Known because of the caves where one can still enjoy the most pure flamenco shows. The full excursion includes bus tour throught the centre of Granada and guided visit of the Alhambra Palaces. Afterwards there will be free time in the city centre.
