All tickets expire 14 days after the date of first use, must be collected and used at least once during the year of the service date listed on the main ticket voucher.

Planet Hollywood voucher includes $10 certificate and VIP 1st available seating, located at Disney Springs.

Walt Disney World Resort operates a voucherless ticket system, which requires customers to present an official Disney Ticket Confirmation Number in order to collect pre-booked tickets. The Disney Ticket Confirmation Number will be available by accessing a dedicated website www.yourparkcode.com, 30 days prior to the service date of the reservation. The Disney Ticket Confirmation Number can then be used on your My Disney Experience profile to reserve Disney FastPass+ and more.
Tickets will be available for collection upon arrival at Walt Disney World Resort by presenting the Disney Ticket Confirmation Number along with a valid government-issued photo ID at one of the following ticket sales locations: Epcot, Disney's Hollywood Studios, Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park or the Ticket and Transportation Center at Magic Kingdom Park.

All tickets and options are nontransferable and exclude activities/events separately priced. Water Parks subject to seasonal and weather closures.

Tee time reservations are required at Disney’s Oak Trail Golf Course and are subject to availability; entitlement covers green fees — other fees may apply.

Transportation to Busch Gardens on the Shuttle Express can be arranged by accessing http://secure.mearstransportation.com/mearsexpress/buschgardens.asp or calling 1-800-221-1339. Pick Up locations are available from selected locations on International Drive, Lake Buena Vista and Kissimmee plus Universal Resort Orlando and SeaWorld Orlando.

Transportation to LEGOLAND Florida can be arranged by calling at least 24 hours in advance. Pick Up location is I-Drive 360, 8401 International Drive, Orlando FL 32819. All complimentary transportation is subject to availability. The shuttle pick up is outside the parking deck near the back entrance of the Orlando Eye on the Universal Boulevard side of the property.

Some Universal CityWalk ™ venues require ages 21 or older for admission supported by valid photo ID.
