You will visit a cheese factory in the heart of the Basque mountains and witness the elaboration of cheese with idiazabal designation of origin in a cheese factory located in a spectacular landscape. The artisans will show you the sheep flock and explain the elaboration process step by step. They will also delight your senses with a cheese tasting paired with an excellent wine.

Later, you will also visit the famous market of Tolosa, which is every week packed with stalls with high quality products.

Culminate your day with a fascinating meal in one of the most acclaimed restaurants in the area for the quality of its T-bone steak and enjoy a real grill feast!
