You will visit a cheese factory in the heart of the Basque mountains and witness the elaboration of cheese with idiazabal designation of origin in a cheese factory located in a spectacular landscape. The artisans will show you the sheep flock and explain the elaboration process step by step. They will also delight your senses with a cheese tasting paired with an excellent wine.
Later, you will also visit the famous market of Tolosa, which is every week packed with stalls with high quality products.
