THE DOWNTOWN EXPERIENCE is a brand new multimedia historical adventure exploring Downtown Manhattan’s most notable landmarks and neighbourhoods.
Featuring some signature performance interludes and enhanced with an advanced technology, THE DOWNTOWN EXPERIENCE will be highlighted by the magic of Virtual Reality visualizations allowing visitors to travel back in time and relive iconic historical moments.
Route features iconic landmarks such as the Brooklyn Bridge, Governor’s Island, New York Harbor & the Statue of Liberty, Battery Park, 9/11 Memorial, One World Trade Center and Observatory, City Hall and more!
Redeem address: Please redeem your voucher in one of the following centers:
1. Box Office inside the Gift Shop, located at 584 8th Avenue between 38th and 39th street.
2. Box Office, located at 1200 6th Avenue at 47th Street.
3. Box office Pier 15, located at 78 South Street.
Redeem point schedule: Monday to Saturday from 9am to 8:30pm, Sunday from 9am to 4pm.
Meeting/pick-up point: The tour will depart from THE DOWNTOWN EXPERIENCE, located at 200 Water Street.
Duration: 90 minutes.
Start/opening time: At 11am. 1pm and 3pm.
Languages: English.
Others: The tour is not wheel chair accessible, customers need to climb stairs to enter.
Time in advance to be at the meeting point: 15 minutes.
