Dakota classic flight above Amsterdam

Book a Dakota flight over the city Center of Amsterdam and the Keukenhof flower Gardens. You will fly from Amsterdam Schiphol-East airport and depart from the magnificent KLM Jet Center. At the airport the pilot will personally welcome you. Before boarding you will participate in an exclusive tour around the legendary DC-3 Dakota “Princess Amalia” getting insight of some impressive historical facts of that particular airplane.

You can enjoy the entire splendor of the Keukenhof Flower Gardens in the air. These flights are conducted in cooperation with DDA Classic Airlines and gives you a breathtaking view over the flowerfields. With an airplane like our DC-3 you can cover a lot of ground so all interesting Dutch sights are within your reach. You get to see historic cities, windmills, canals and the famous and unique “polder” landscape. Polders are areas of land, reclaimed from the sea, and only when flying in an airplane that becomes evident. DDA Classic Airlines is also the only operator allowed to fly over the Amsterdam city center!

While flying at 1400 feet ( 450 meter) you will enjoy a wonderful view of the Dutch landscape. The impressive sound of the two 14 cylinder Pratt & Whitney engines, the professional care of the cabin crew and the special atmosphere in the cabin makes flying our DC-3 a magical experience.
