The Biala Róza Restaurant is located in the historical palace complex called Dworek Krakowski (Krakow Manor House) neighbouring the Main Market Square and the Royal Castle at Wawel Hill, right next to the Planty Park and the Philharmonic. The interiors include numerous elements referring to the modernist period called Young Poland, the works of Stanislaw Wyspianski, as well as paintings and photographs evoking the atmosphere and climate of the Krakow of old.
Abundance of various products is not the only virtue of the Malopolska region, which is also rich in history, culture and intellectual legacy, which, presented through the prism of cuisine, gives the city a new, fashionable and attractive dimension. This activity includes a 6-course tasting menu full of traditional tastes and aromas of Krakow dishes prepared only out of regional products provided by local vendors, a bottle of wine (for two) and fruit juice, water, coffee and tea.
