This winter, Amsterdam will light up once again up during Amsterdam Light Festival. During this festival, the historical center of Amsterdam will be the unique décor of light sculptures, projections and installations by contemporary (inter)national artists.
As can be expected, light will play a central role in the city as museums and institutions organize light-related activities, introducing visitors to innovations in light art. The festival is best viewed from the water, aboard the Water Colors Cruise.
Meeting/pick-up point: Lovers Company Prins Hendrikkade 25.
Duration: 1 hour.
Start/opening time: Boats leave every 20 minutes from 5pm to 9:40pm.
End/closing time: 9pm.
Languages: Onboard commentary English and Dutch.
Others: Not accessible for wheelchairs.
Children 0-3 for free when sitting on parents' lap.
