For those who appreciate architecture will also enjoy a visit to St. Eugene's Cathedral. It was built between the years of 1849-1873 and is the "Mother Church" for the Roman Catholic Diocese of Derry. Along with St.Eugenes make sure you take a look at the St. Columb's Cathedral & St. Augustine's Church, both have tours available where you can take in the remarkable history and marvel at the stunning architecture. Another must see is the People’s Gallery which gives you an insight into the conflict that spawned across 3 decades.
