We will pick you up at your hotel around 8pm and we will take you to Bali-Hai restaurant, located in the east side of Santiago, where you will enjoy the magic of Easter Island and Polynesia in an environment taken directly from those magical places.

Participants are invited to delight themselves with a fusion of the Chilean and Polynesian typical gastronomy such as southern salmon, pippin ceviche with coconut milk and some Bali Hai pineapple, all of these with and exquisite Chilean wine.

While you are eating you will be enjoying an amazing show that last around two hours and it will let you know the different roots of the national folklore through the dancers of this mysterious island. An unforgettable experience and if you are lucky enough they could teach you some dance moves. Once the show is over you will have some free time if you want to so you can keep dancing at the rhythm of Latin-American music ¡you can’t miss it!
