Beyond the classic pairing with sweet wines, you will have fun experimenting with a variety of combinations. Your wine expert will teach you a few tips on what makes the best taste variations in wine and chocolate, and then you will be able to discover this first-hand.
You will train your palate and be encouraged to trust your taste to find the best pairing. During this experience, you will enjoy 4 different wines and 2 varieties of chocolates.
