The historic Capen House in beautiful Winter Park, Florida is the perfect destination for any wedding. Newly reopened, the original Capen House was built in 1885 and in December of 2013, the house was moved on a barge across Lake Osceloa in two parts to its new location. After two years of putting the house back to its original beauty, it is open once again to welcome weddings once again.

Silver Package. Chapel Rental including basic set up (decorated plants in terracotta pots, white carpet isle runner) Destination Photography Package - 2 hours of photography including CD and upload to website Brides Bouquet and Grooms Button Hole Minister/Notary Coordination on the day of ceremony to control the music for the ceremony.

Gold Package. Chapel Rental including basic set up (decorated plants in terracotta pots, white carpet isle runner) Destination Photography Package - 2 hours of photography including CD and upload to website Brides Bouquet and Grooms Button Hole 3 Hour Limousine hire (up to 8 pax) Minister/Notary Coordination on the day of ceremony to control the music for the ceremony Live musician of your choice of Violinist, Guitarist or Harpist. Additional fee applies if you decide to book a Harpist (payable directly to supplier).

Weddings can take place out on the romantic dock or up on the outdoor patio of Capen House surrounded by the beautiful flowers and greenery of the Albin Polasek Museum & Sculpture Gardens. The winding pathways and diverse flora creates the perfect place for both group and romantic photographs after the ceremony.

Chapel rental time: 2 hours.
Duration: 15/20 minutes, depending on the special wedding details.
Start/opening time: At 9am.
End/closing time: At 4pm.
Opening days/period: Monday through Friday.
