Skala began in summer of 1984 creating memories for all. Moved to a new premises the home of a lady mayor of the past they have found an even better Skala that has brought life to an abandoned house of years.

Appetizers per 2 persons:
White cod roe mousse Marinated cod fish strips served with zucchini, capers and fresh herbs, Greek salad with feta cheese, tomato, cucumber, peppers, capers, black olives and sliced red onion
Main course, Choice of
a) Fresh fillet of sea bass with kakavia sauce (fresh fish broth) served with rice
b) Chicken fillet with mustard & wine sauce served with rice (per person)
c) Vegetarian Moussaka baked in a clay pot with potato, eggplant, zucchini, green pepper and thin white cream (per person)
Dessert: Baklava with ice cream (per 2 persons)
