Baggage Airline Guest Services allows you to simply come along to either one of the off-airport locations, no less than 3 hours before your scheduled flight time during operating hours. It is a stress free way to check in for your flight that departs from Orlando International Airport. You can check your luggage and receive your airline boarding pass right at the off-airport location.

Everyone traveling must be present to check-in, including children. A valid government photo ID is required to participate; passports are required for all international travelers. Participating airlines are American, Delta, Southwest, US Airways, United, Jet Blue and Alaska Airlines.

BAGS Inc. will issue your boarding pass, check and tag your bags, transport your bags to the airport where they will be screened; the next time you see them will be at your final destination. At least 60 minutes prior to your flight departure, bypass check-in lines and go straight to airport security.

Meeting/pick-up point: Either Rosen Plaza Hotel 9700 International Drive, Orlando, Florida 32819 or Rosen Centre Hotel 9840 International Drive, Orlando, FL 32819.
Start/opening time: Daily from 7am to 1pm.

Others: Once bags are check-in, the service is not refundable. Please ensure you arrive at either off-airport locations at least 3 hours before your scheduled departure time.
