Información

Welcome aboard Kona’s largest glass bottom sightseeing boat. Watch Wild Spinner Dolphins swim, frolic and jump, while enjoying the panoramic views of Kona above and below the surface of the ocean. View undersea vistas generally reserved for scuba divers through our large glass bottom wells.

See the Wild Spinner Dolphins up close in their natural habitat while resting, playing and performing aerial acrobatics, (Humpback Whales seen December through April). Kona’s coastal waters are host to many species of marine mammals and sea life year round. Sea life often seen on this tour may include Pilot Whales, False Killer Whales, Green Sea Turtles, Manta Rays, Sharks, tropical fish, live coral gardens and much more.

During your cruise our on board naturalist will enlighten you on the Historical sites along the coastline, the tropical fish you will see in the giant glass bottom windows and the different species of Dolphin and whales encountered. Sightings are a natural occurrence and not guaranteed. If no sighting during your cruise we will invite you back for another try during your visit.

The Spirit of Kona was custom designed for viewing the abundance of sea life in Kona. The large balcony bow offers guests on both decks to see dolphins and other sea life riding the bow wave. Fully shaded on both decks providing protection from the sun and weather. Two giant glass bottom windows for viewing the corals and sea life as well as larger marine animals.

Duration: 2 hours and 15 minutes approximately.
Start/opening time: At 9am.
Languages: English.
Others: Tour includes: professional narration, glass bottom viewing, search for Hawaiian Spinner Dolphins and other Marine animals and a hula show. Complimentary light snack of fresh pineapple slices, breakfast breads, coffee, and hot tea. Refreshment, spirits, beer and wine, food and souvenirs available at the onboard concession bar.
We regret that we are unable to accommodate guests with wheelchairs due to the unpredictable nature of the ocean conditions. Must be able to walk across a ten foot long ramp to main deck with little or no assistance. One step to enter ramp, one step to exit ramp. Access to upper deck is 15 steps.
