Please call the office number 0131 226 9380 between 9am - 5pm Mon - Fri a few days prior to your arrival date to finalise any outstanding payments that are due and more importantly to obtain your key box access code so you can access the apartment yourself. Keys will be left in a security key box along with a map to your designated. Check-in address: 81/3 Hopetoun Street, Edinburgh EH7 4NJ. Enter the Car Park 37-79. On the immediate right hand side, 81/3 Hopetoun you will see a white patio door with the key boxes. Payment: PLEASE NOTE PAYMENT WILL BE TAKEN DIRECTLY FROM THE CARD LEFT ON RESERVATION. IF YOU WISH TO USE ANOTHER CARD OR PAY BY CASH PLEASE CONTACT THE OFFICE DIRECTLY.
