Whether you’re travelling alone or with your family, on a business trip or a holiday, we’ll make sure that your journey gets off to a smooth start. We’ll fast-track you through all the airport formalities, help with baggage and provide language assistance if needed.

Gold Service:
If you choose the Gold Service, you can also relax and refresh before your flight in one of our state-of-the-art airport lounges. Enjoy delicious snacks and a range of drinks, and catch up on last-minute emails with our complimentary WiFi.
• Personal welcome on arrival at Kuwait International Airport (1 staff for every guest or couple traveling together).
• Staff will meet you at the airport Business Class check-in.
• Assistance throughout the departure process, including escort from Business Class check-in desk Terminal to Pearl Premium Class Lounge Terminal 1.



Silver Service:
• Personal welcome on arrival at Kuwait International Airport (1 staff for every guest or couple traveling together).
• Staff will meet you at the airport Departure level with sign board.
• Assistance throughout the departure process, including immigration to the departure zone gate.
