Could you ever imagine that while visiting an Archaeological Site like Acropolis of Athens, you would be able to visualize in Real time a 3D Reconstruction of all the buildings and statues with colors? Your dreams come true, you get a device (tablet) from us and use it during your walk in Acropolis!

A special application, named “Acropolis3D”, that won the 2016 Greek Start Up awards, is installed in our tablets and will travel you 2500 years ago. You will be able to see with augmented and virtual reality, 3d reconstructed the exterior and interior of the following temples: Odeon of Herodes Atticus (Herodion Theater) Propylaea, Art gallery, Temple of Nike, statue of Athena Promakchos, Temple of Diana, Chalcotheke (warehouse of bronze), Parthenon, Erectheion, Temple of Zeus, Temple of Zeus Polieus, Pandrosion, Arreforeion, Temple of Augustus.

Besides you will enjoy: Panoramic view of all Ancient Athens, acropolis in Christian Years, acropolis during Turkish Empire, an introductory video visualizing the rock of Acropolis of Athens since 3500 B.C until today. Take a picture together with the Golden Ivory 12m Statue of Athena (not saved in reality today)! Don’t miss it!!

Meeting/pick-up point: Acropolis. Opposite of the Kiosk in Dionisiou Areopagitou Pedestrian Steet A staff member with blue t-shirt will be waiting for you to provide you the device.
Start/opening time: At 8 am.
End/closing time: Summer Season : at 7:30pm. Winter Season : at 4:30pm.
Others: Passport or ID or credit card will be asked as a deposit.
